The Group first ventured into property development in Johor in 2008. We have completed several commercial projects and landed residential developments at the township of Taman Kota Jaya & Taman Kota Jaya 2 in Kota Tinggi, Johor. The township was successfully and fully developed in mid-2023.

In 2013, we entered into a joint-venture development at Vida Heights in Johor Bahru and successfully completed the development of 250-units serviced apartment in 2017. In 2025, the Group launched Amberwood Resort Residences project under the same joint-venture.

In 2013, the Group ventured into the Klang Valley market with Menara Centara, a signature office suites development located at the CBD of Kuala Lumpur. The project was completed in 2015.

In 2016, another prestigious development named East Parc was launched, comprising 432 serviced apartment units in Bandar Menjalara, Kuala Lumpur. It was handed over to homeowners in 2020.

In 2018, the Group entered into another joint-development of 2-storey semi-detached villas in Taman Suria Permai, Batu Pahat, Johor. The project was completed in end-2022.

In February 2024, the Group entered into a joint venture with Chin Hin Group Property Berhad to jointly develop and launch two residential projects in Kuala Lumpur, namely Dawn Residence @ KLCC and Aricia Residence @ Sungai Besi.
